Christmas Gift Vouchers may be purchased online.

Simply complete the form found in the "Gift Vouchers" under the Information Tab.  Our website will send a notification to your recipient. Amounts start at $25 and please note that the Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

2023 Christmas Shipping Schedule

Please Note that Christmas falls on a Monday so all LAST SHIP DATES ARE EARLIER IN THE MONTH!!!!

Your Order will need to be received by the latest,  Friday December 18th to have a chance for delivery before Friday December 22nd.  Express service is strongly recommended.

Parcel delivery can’t be guaranteed over the busy Holiday Season.  Here are some guidelines if you want your shipment to arrive before Christmas.  Each year more and more people order gifts online and the courier companies can struggle to meet delivery times due to the extremely high volume of packages to 

Please place your order to Christmas Village Shop 3 days before the Last Shipping Day so we have time to pick, pack and deliver it to the Post Office and UPS or have Purolator pick up from our location.

Please also pay by etransfer, Credit Card or Paypal to ensure on time delivery.  All cheques are held by the bank for 5 business days until they clear and the delay may make your order late for Christmas.

Payment options

• You may use your credit card on PayPal to pay for purchases.  There is no charge to you to use your Credit Card on Paypal and you do not need to join PayPal to use your Credit card
• You may also make Payment by etransfer
• We use the check out security of Paypal which accepts your Visa or Mastercard credit card for payment.  
• Christmas Village Shop does not process or keep any data about your credit card.
• If paying by cheque, the cheque must clear before your order is shipped.  This takes 5 business days for Canadian Cheques and longer for International Cheques.
• Money Orders are also accepted.
• Please note that prices may change without notice.  However we strive to maintain accurate website pricing.
• Christmas Village Shop is not responsible for product or pricing changes by the manufacturer.
• The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, and/or other charges on International shipments. The Postal Service and UPS will collect any duties, taxes or fees prior to final delivery
• Shipments to the USA are Duty Free in most States for orders under $600USD.  You are responsible for confirming your own duty free levels.

Shipping

•  We offer shipping from Sendle, Purolator, UPS and Canada Post within Canada.  Sendle selects one of the following courier companies to ship your package to your location, Loomis, ICS or CanPar.  Sendle decides which of the three companies is best suited for the delivery.
• Orders shipping to the USA will be shipped via Canada Post-USPS, Purolator and UPS.  Please note that Purolator and UPS have a business relationship that provides local delivery in the USA via UPS.  Shipments will be picked up by Purolator and deleivered by UPS in hte USA.
• Express methods of shipping are available and will be displayed to you during the Check Out process.
• Any shipping special offers are only shipped via Purolator by Regular Ground service and the shipping destination must be within Canada.
• If you provide an incorrect shipping address or you refuse the order you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

International Orders

• International order payments are accepted via Paypal, which accepts credit card payments.
• Payments made by cheque must clear in our bank before your order is released for shipping.
• The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, and/or other charges on the product shipment.
• The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping charges for refused orders.
• We prefer to ship using Canada Post or UPS for International orders.
• We are not responsible for shipment delays due to any government customs assessment. Please allow sufficient time for your order!
• Ground service means by Sea if you are not in North America.  Ship times are 60 days or more to locations by sea.
• International Customers are responsible for supplying their own adaptors for local power source connections.  All Electrical products supplied are North American Standards.
• Please be aware that "Surface" shipping is by sea and can take 1 to 4 months for delivery
• Note: International shipping rates are very high.  For some International shipments the cost of shipping can exceed the product costs.
