#4181 Coffee Billboard
Introduced in 1892, Joel Cheek named his new coffee blend "Maxwell House" in honor of the Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. For many years, until the late 1980s, it was the largest-selling coffee in the United States. The company's slogan is "Good to the last drop," which is often incorporated into their logo and is printed on their labels. Maxwell House is now a division of Kraft Foods. This sign is based on the original neon billboard sign form NJ, which of course is gone. There are almost no pictures of the original sign but we did manage to find one.
